The new F12 Berlinetta is a
kick A** Car!!! Ferrari continues to be on the right track and producing world
class performance cars and making them ever better. The style,
horsepower, and beauty of these machines are what keep Ferrari legendary.
A couple of years ago we
got presented with the 458 Italia. It was a dramatic replacement over the F430
as it had a new style not previously seen. The F12 Belinetta is taking some
design cues from the 458 making a great replacement for the Ferrari 599.
Ferrari’s F12 like the 599
will be a front mid-engine rear wheel drive vehicle making it a screaming
muscle car. It will be getting all its power form a 6.3 liter V12 engine
capable of hitting 0-62 in 3.1 seconds. That is truly amazing considering the
car weighs in at 3,362 lbs. Even with that weight you should be feeling like an
astronaut when you hit the pedal.
At 211 mph, this will be
the fastest car Ferrari has ever manufactured.
Around the test track, it has clocked faster speeds than the Italia 458,
and incredibly, even the Enzo.
Ferrari really seems to
have another hit on its hand. At $450,000 to $550,000 dollars those of you who
are lucky enough to buy will be loathed by everyone else. The release date is
yet to be announced however based on the 2013 year date we will probably see it
later this year.
